Estimating software

I am planning to buy an estimating software for our company.
Any body has an idea or experience in this regard.
I have Conest and Vision Info in my mind,but I need reliable tech support for thier products.

I have visions bid manager, and purchased the low voltage and fire alarm data bases with it. Their training seminar over the phone was helpful in learning the system. I messed around with it prior to the training and it seemed simple to use.
 
I've used ConEst for years so I may be a bit biased. I also posted on the other thread you started. Get a trial from both. Call tech support and see how helpful they are. I like ConEst. Sold my version of Vision back to Vision. I felt their database lacked the number of items and assemblies. they also only tied to one pricing service. I could give you a whole list of items but it is best to check it out and see which fits you the best. Just make sure you are able to make the changes you need to make the software fit.
