I remember a long time ago, maybe 5yrs ago, someone shared an excel spread sheet that someone can do todo take off on materials and permits. It was a one time free download and was pretty cool. My old computer was a desk top that fried and that program was saved on that computer. i have searched MIke Holt forum and cant seem to locate. if any one remembers the page or excel sheet please repost. Im not computer savvy and I just want the sheet to create my own numbers and crerate own sheet. Thanks

I used Estimation for 10 years & then Vision EBM for at least 12 more. A few years ago I thought about creating my own Excel program that would pop out smaller estimates quickly without losing too much accuracy, but also allow me to control my actual pricing instead of relying on a 3rd party pricing service like Traser or Epic.
A few hours into my project, I found an Excel program at Electrimate that did most of what I wanted & saved me a huge amount of time creating my own. It was only $50, so very reasonable.

After this, I modified this spreadsheet a great deal to do what I wanted, but the base program works fairly well as-is. Maybe this gives you another option to consider - good luck
