Hello, I am working on QTO and Recap sheets for coming project. I have to demo 400' 14 AWG nob & tube old wiring. First time using RS Means book and looking @ labor hours and units columns. Unit column shows units in C.L.F. How would you calculate the labor cost for a demo ? Thank you ! :roll:

I would calculate by explaining first if the subject K+T is in an attic, (how big also), underneath a building in a crawlspace, or buried in the walls for a real answer to your question. Not to be hard on you but you must provide details. By the way welcome to the forum.

1 hour cut down and remove. Knobs stay in place. I've cut miles of the stuff out. Smallest guage I ever saw k+t was #12 by the way.
