Is "Means" an accurate and reasonable source to check contractor pricing. It seems to me that I hear it scoffed at more than anything else.

Also, how much of a premium should one reasonable expect to pay for a change order. Is there an industry standard that defines this or at least a common, considered to be reasonable, practice?
