Estimator / Service Manager compensation package.....???

For those of you that employee estimators and service dept managers, could you share how your performance bonus plans are structured?


There is a base salary that is roughly 160% of the local median average salary, and a company vehicle.

Not many people work at your level, when you add another job to your title the odds
that someone else is at your pay grade regionally or locally it just gets harder to find some comparison.

Your going to have to do your own comparisons of your pay.

IMO, your going to have to look for other likes services not directly or only looking a salaries based in electrical.

Most of the larger placement services already have pay scale surveys out there other than what I listed.
Indeed, Manpower could be a few.

Thanks cad. I've got a pretty good grip on how to structure the service manager aspect, its just the estimator side that I'm lost on. I was curious what others were doing as well.


I've still got a few more phone calls to make though so I'm hopeful to come up with an answer soon.
