European 230 Single Phase to US 230 3 Phase

My company has a piece of equipment (contains small blower, two heaters) that was manufactured in Europe to use 230 Volt Single Phase, with Line, Neutral and a Grounding wire.
We are currently running this piece of equipment off of a US 230 Volt Three Phase, using one Line for Line and the other for Neutral.

Are we breaking any codes doing this?

Probably not.
What exactly are you doing? Line1 to line1 and neutral to line2?
Or
Line1 to line1 and line2 to line2? with or without a neutral?
My experience with what you have is that the machinery doesn't care how it is getting 230 just that it gets 230 volts. Either with 1 hot and 1 neutral or 2 hots and no neutral.
If you have it hooked to 1 hot and 1 neutral it probably isn't going to work or it won't work very well.

You should be fine. However, I've never heard of US 230V 3?. It's normally 240V/120V 3? or 208/120 3?. If you have 240V/120 3?, it will probably have a high leg. If it does, make sure you don't use the phase with the high leg if there are any 120V loads on it. The double pole loads will be fine on any two phases.

I don't know of any code issues but remember the the frequency in Europe is 50Hz to the blower may run too fast on 60Hz.
