Am I correct in understanding that any dedicated circuit for an EV Charger from 15A/120V to 60A/240V must have ground fault protection no matter the location? Be it at breaker or receptacle. This would be regardless of whether the charger itself had any integrated protection.
Makes sense, I guess, since the charger could be removed and the outlet used for something else...?
