See attached sketch, I have 277/480V, three phase, 2000A switchboard. Have 600A feeder breaker feeding the power unit which concert AC to DC. The power init then feeds the dispenser unit both separate.

I also have from the switchboard 30A 120V single phase breaker which feeds the dispenser auxiliary power for heat exchanger, payment system and display module.

NEC 2017 section 625.43 talks about disconnecting means. I have two of them that feed the dispenser would both be required to be lockable open? Can switchboard feeder breakers act as that disconnecting means both the dispenser and the power unit are within sight 30 feet away? Would 30A breaker fall under NEC 2017 section 625.43 or not?

If the 600 amp breaker is the disconnect means, yes. What voltage is the DC?

625.42 Disconnecting Means. For electric vehicle supply
equipment rated more than 60 amperes or more than 150 volts
to ground, the disconnecting means shall be provided and installed
in a readily accessible location. The disconnecting
means shall be lockable open in accordance with 110.25.

Where do you see AND I see if its less than 60A OR 150V…

Its 1000V DC. However 30A breaker feed is 120V AC to dispenser.
My logic is correct.

It says more than 60 amps OR more than 150v

So

It needs to be less than or equal to 60 amps AND less than or equal to 150v technically
