EV Schedule

This schedule is for an EV charger. I'm assuming the first vlaue column is input and the second is output.
Trying to determine wire size feeding this but can't pinpoint the correct amps to follow.

The charger can operate on 480V or 600V inputs. The outputs can be adjusted by a setting in the unit, so for example the 480V input can have output from 22.5kW to 40kW, based on the setting and breaker installed.

I think the value columns are divided for 2 different units - one is for 480V systems, the second for 600V systems (Canada).

Whether values are input or output are noted in the description.

Edit - as Ron stated, it might be one unit capable of both voltages, not 2 different units.
