A generator connected to the srevice through a transfer switch must have:
A. The generator neutral solidly connected to the service of the neutral
B. Connect the generator neutral to the frame of the generator
C.connect a bonding jumper between the generator ground and generator neutral
D. A separate grounding electrod for the generator

There is not enough information to answer the question. See the art 100 definition of seperatly derived system.

just going by memory:

A is wrong because they must not be shared

B is wrong because there are "floating neutral" generators

C is wrong because there are "isolated ground" generators

and now for NEC

250.20 D 250.30 445 art. 700 700.12

In a scenario of a non seperately derived source, the answer is A.
B is not correct because the neutral must float in non SDS.
C for the same reason.
D for the same reason unless the manufacturer (Guardian/Generac) requires one for lightning "protection".

If the transfer switches the neutral, then all are true. B and C are the same thing.

If the transfer switch does not transfer the neutral, then only A is true.
