i came up with 154,800va. but i am unsure.

15000 x 24 = 360000
360000 x 43%= 154800

Typically RV parks have pedastals for each RV space. The pedastals have receptacles to plug the RV into.

Does this panel feed a bunch of pedastals?

Once you have 154800VA, then divide by V to get A,

154800VA/240V = 645A

240.6 > 700A service

I think i did that right, I'm not sure if anything else comes into play though

I think it was mobile home , not RV Park. When given the info for a RV park, they give you the info on 551.73. I missed that till I just realized what you were talking about.
