Exam questions

There’s a couple questions on the exam I’m having trouble with.

Drawling of a transformer. It has 3 points, so I assume it’s delta

Electrical drawling of shops. Asked how are rental shop #2 switched? I don’t see any switches. Other two answers are on all the time or switched by circuit breakers. Not sure

Any help?

Will determine the amp rating of the over current device
will always be equal to the short circuit current at the load side of utilty transformer
shall not exceed the amps intering capacity of the over current device
is not a factor provided the main overcurrent device is propery rated for the available short circut
