exam room panel?

a remodled health care facility wants to keep a panelboard in the exam room.
is this acceptacle? i see nothing disallowing this.

Should be fine, do not see any reason to be concerned assuming it can be locked

I agree, except that I would add that the cabability of being locked is not an NEC requirement. It's just a design preference.

No not part of nec but think what could happen if not locked.

I think it may be a NFPA 99 requirement. Thats if your local area has adopted it.
