I am preparing to take the Louisiana master exam. I. Have spent months studying the 2014 information from Mike Holt. I find out that this state test on 2008. What should I do?

I think you'll be ok. There are changes every cycle but not so very drastic that it would cost you an exam.

As was said, you probably are OK as far as the exam is concerned.

Since the NEC tends to get stricter as time goes by, the more likely problem is that you will quote jobs higher than you should (losing business to lower priced competitors) because you now think you have to do additional work that you don't really have to do.

Usually you will have access to the NEC so we are not expected to know the answers but rather we should know where to find the answers. I agree with the others - don't sweat it
