Are wiring methods prescribed in Art. 517.13 (redundant ground) required within the three birthing rooms of a multifunction building (Art.517.1). This room will also contain water tubs for the mom during delivery.
 
Go to this AHCA page for contact information and get their ruling on whether this is type of facility is under their jurisdiction, if it is, ask for their opinion.

I would say the answer is yes, these rooms must meet the requirements of 517.13(A) & (B)

Just hope they don't require Isolated Power in these rooms, they do in NC
