Example D8 for motors etc, would be more useful if they included the sizes and type of raceways too.

Do you think that there is any reason why they are not included now?

It appears the example calculations in D8 are only under the scope of Article 430. I'm not sure how useful this would be. It doesn't appear any of the examples provide that information. I like the examples but wonder how they fit into the Intention of the code per 90.1(C).
