I'm currently designing the electrical system for a small library in Washington and there are existing panels with limited spare breakers, so, I would like to consolidate three exhaust fans onto one 20A breaker . How do I calculate the load of the three exhaust fans to ensure that if all three of them are running at once it won't overload the circuit?

Are these restroom exhaust fans?? Or is there a kitchen involved?
What size breakers are the fans currently on?
