In the 2011 hand book, they sho an example of where you would need conduit seals in exhibit 501.8. On the combination switch and starter on the left, coulden"t you get away with only one seal(the one within 18" needed from the starter) and not the one in the non - classified area? It seeme the one for the starter would satisfy the seal needed for the 10 foot boundry rule.
