I would like to verify if I am using Code Section 220.83. Since I will like I'm missing some loads
The 2 small appliances covers the Microwave and Refrigerator.
The building is proving the hot water and the 3 existing window units are to remain at 500 VA each.
I would like to know if I am missing anything else in my calculations.
There is also a washer and dryer being added now at 15 AMP/120V each.
If the oven is gas, what is the typical load I can show for it.

Is there another code section I should look at, so I can lower the connected load even further

The 2 small appliance branch circuits do not necessarily cover the microwave but IMO, it does cover the refrigerator.

I didn't check your calcs but they look good
