Hi;

I am designing a new commercial space from an existing. They have told me I can use the existing Electrical Equipment which is to be abandoned by the previous tenant. They previously had all the Mechanical on a panel fed from an ATS. We don't necessarily want that. If I show a one-line with all the equipment essentially 'new' (because I am re-using, but renaming- and will note as such), what are the implications of not putting that ATS in the loop? I hope this doesn't seem too confusing, because I am a little confused myself. Thanks for any help!

Are you leaving the ATS in place and just not using it, or removing the ATS and connecting the conductors?
I'm not sure yet if that would make a difference, just wanted clarity.

I am trying to decide, but am thinking that it will be left in place and not using it. I want to feed from the high volt panel that is in that stream. We are not showing any demolition at all. I will have to handle it with detailed notes?
