I have a project that will be demolishing an existing gas station building, and constructing a new building on the same lot, yet in a different location. The existing fuel dispensers and fuel tanks will remain. The existing conduits coming from or under existing classified locations 'emerge above grade' at the existing-to-be-demolished building. The conduit emergence location will become parking area after the existing building is demolished. I'm looking for a way to intercept the existing feeds and extend them to the new building location....hopefully a solution that would be more economical than installing entirely new feeds from the new building all the way to the existing dispensers and tanks.

Is there a code-compliant way to intercept those existing feeds underground and extend them to the new building? Any ideas?

Maybe cut off the conduits under grade where they currently come up inside the building and make it a manhole so you can put some junction boxes there.

Isn’t the seal off the first fitting when the conduit emerges from grade? Could the existing location be used with a rack in an island?
