What type of strap or hanger do they make to strap a 4" PVC schedule 40 conduit to the wall outside (to run the conduit horizontal )that allows for expansion and contraction? When I contacted our local supplyers they told me they do not know of any strap that will allow the conduit to move?

PVC conduit exposed is not good. Get over it.

Spoken in the language of ignorance.

I see an example of exposed, badly warped PVC (sched 40, sked 80) conduit everyday as I traverse our bridges in Brevard County, Florida. I mean really gnarly looking installs.

"I'm assuming you said this because you are in Florida (Sunshine State)"

Yes, sir I did. I may have spoken out of turn here. What happens in other climates?

Can you provide an example of a really good exterior install?

Doubt it . . .

The stuff belongs underground, in a ceiling, or if exposed outside, at least paint it!

Best Wishes Everyone
