roger Moderator Staff member Location Fl Occupation Retired Electrician Apr 8, 2003 #4 Re: Expansion fittings Ethan, I have done this many times. Be sure your grounding (bonding) is up to snuff when doing this. I think it's actually a better method than expansion fittings IMO. Roger
