PVC straps that allow for movement will be used to support the run using threaded rod and flange. There will be skirting on the home. Will not be exposed to direct sunlight

Your profile indicates New Hampshire. Even with skirting I would expect you to have a temperature change that would require an expansion joint on 15' if the conduit is between fixed points.

That reduces your temp extreme range from say 140 degrees to maybe only 70 degrees.
