The old Chico would dissolve with a muriatic acid soaking. Rinse well and "pig" the conduit afterwards!

Since it would also corrode the conduit as well as the condulet bodies it would put in question the explosion containment capability of the system. I think the listing agency would claim in court that they would not stand behind their listing of products treated in such manner.
