Exposed PVC Water Pipe inside the generator room

According to the code, Is it acceptable or not, installing drain water pipe (exposed) inside the generator room

There is a PVC drain pipe passing the generator room but the consultant refused that and requesting us to relocate the PVC drain pipe outside the generator room

what article describing that?

Unless it is running through space dedicated to electrical equipment or required working space it shouldn't be much of a problem to NEC.
 
You mean if it is above any electrical equipment, it must be shifted and it will be ok if it is away

which article clarify this point?

Read through 110.26.

Note that it says foreign systems can be above dedicated spaces but could need additional protection to protect from condensation, leaks or breaks in such systems.

A drain pipe may not be considered something that will ordinarily produce condensation, unless it normally carries water colder then condensing temperatures.
 
Depends on if its a level 1 installation:

From NFPA 110:

7.2.1
The EPS shall be installed in a separate room for Level 1 installations. EPSS equipment
shall be permitted to be installed in this room.
7.2.1.1

The room shall have a minimum 2-hour fire rating or be located in an adequate
enclosure located outside the building capable of resisting the entrance of snow or rain at a
maximum wind velocity required by local building codes.
7.2.1.2
No other equipment, including architectural appurtenances, except those that serve this
space, shall be permitted in this room.
