Exposure Level Definition

I've seen references to electrical exposure levels I, II & III during my search for Safe Working Practices guidelines. Does anyone know what these levels represent?

The only exposure level classification that I am aware of is EMF exposure or ELF radiation exposure for electromagnetic transmission of electrical equipment and appliances. I believe there are four levels of health harzard levels, but I am not sure what those values are.

the only thing that i can think of is nec article 110.26 and table 110.26(a)(1) which is the minimum clearance distance for working space. this has clearances for conditions 1,2,3.
