Extech clamp meter Phase Rotation Display

Wasn't really sure which category this fit in, this seemed the closest.
We have an Extech meter at our sewer treatment plant that has a phase rotation meter on as well. My question is during the phase check a number is displayed on the screen as well as the little icon on the screen showing rotation. What does the number represent??? This is a trivia question, the manual shows nothing about this.

Try contacting Extech support. If that number counts phases it can check for single phasing.

the number could also represent loading, to protect your equipment from voltage unbalance
