Exterior cable tray for 5KV sec feeders

I have a project with a 5MVA xfmr on a deck beside a building. I need to bring the secondary 5KV cables (2-500mcm per phase 1200A) from the transformer into a metal interlocking building and supply power to 5KV SWGR. My question is how to run these cables. I had planned to use ladder type alum cable tray. My questions is do I need any thing special for the tray like totally enclosed or at lease a cover to present UV from hitting the cables all the time.

This project is for a power plant in Arizona.

I would bet money that the power plant has a spec for you to follow that will tell you exactly what to do. they typically have a spec for just about everything, including what kind of TP to use in the bathrooms.
