Do electricians install the insulation around outside wall receptacles? Residential multifamily? If its electrician what's best practice

IMO, electricians electrify and insulators insulate.

Why would you do the insulation? Is this new construction? The only thing we can be responsible for is using an outlet box that is gasketed. In some areas this is required.

In our area, if you install an outlet back-to-back with an outdoor outlet, then you would use a gasketed box.
