External bonding/grounding wire on flexible metal conduit (transformer installation).

Majority installation I saw, there was no external grounding/bonding wire on flexible metal conduit (the one highlighted in attached picture of transformer).
Did I miss any code section that will require external wire in addition to EGC inside the conduit?

Do you mean <it's not code compliant> in case the conduit/raceway used as EGC?
A few thoughts, the external jumper is not required as the supply side bonding jumper and EGC should be inside of the raceway. Also that would not be a code compliant way to connect an external jumper to the raceway. I really don't know why installers are still putting those jumpers on the outside of the raceway. My guess is that it's an old electrical myth that they're required just like bonding bushings on FMC. And I love the tie wire on the connectors. (n)
Here's another NYC special, do anyone think that those bonding jumpers are the correct size?

I was going to ask if the threads on the rigid coupling are the same as the EMT connector, and are they listed to be used this way?

The answer is no but if I remember correctly this was from about 15 years ago and back then no manufacturer made the proper fittings in that size.
