I put one in last year, the sales rep did the programing for us and he spent days in front of it on the phone to the factory.If I have to install another one I am sure it will include the factory start up tech.

I have installed two in the past year. I think it is great stuff. But they are by no means end-user friendly and they are having software problems.

Well we just finished a school and the dimmers for the stages and the auditoriums and gym including the outside lighting wall packs ect ect .
We used Leviton Z MAX they worked great but if you need service or reprogramming its $1000.00 for a tech to come out and there not real good at service or repairs in a timely matter .
Needless to say our company is not happy with there service !
They do come with a programming guide book and a disc for user to program its kinda easy to understand .
Ill let you know how easy it is because were not paying the tech to program ill be doing that this week schools back and the stage lighting needs to be reprogrammed and the tech cant come back this week this is a new school we cant wait on LEVE -IT - ON !
