Needing a 5" box is rare for us. If I recall, we use them only for the Siemens FDCIO-422 field module.

Required use of red boxes is pretty rare for us. I was doing a survey at a customer site, and they had, right next to each other, red conduit with red boxes, plain conduit with red boxes, and plain conduit with plain boxes. It all depended on what the contract for each of those phases called for.
