Fabricated Pendant Fixture using 120V LEDS_NEC 400.7(1)

Is a custom fabricated pendant fixture (from a re-purposed industrial item) that will utilize 120V LED bars for illumination, in fact a pendant fixture. And can use per NEC Code 400.7(1), flexible Class 1 cord with the proper connections.

A pendant fixture, by my definition, is one that is not rigidly mounted. My application will be suspended using wire rope.
