Facilitating a Information Technology Server Rack?

My question is: how do you have to facilitate an IT server rack (44U tall)? This rack would not be in a server room or information technology space, but on a production floor parked next to a test work cell.
The rack is equipped with a listed internal power distribution unit (208V delta at least 30A may go as high as 60A tbd) with either a pin and sleeve 60309 (3P+E) 4 wire plug or maybe a blunt cut 15ft. cord.
The PDU has breakers for groups of receptacles, but no OCPD for the entire system / PDU.
Does it need a dedicated service with an OCPD and a disconnect means? If yes, does it need to be within line of sight (rather than in raised floor)? Being on a production floor, does that add more or change the requirements?
I’m used to equipment that has its own OCPD and a lockout / disconnect as part of the machine. That is not typical for these server racks.
I have read through Article 645 and NFPA 75 and still do not feel like I have the answers.

Thanks, Wayne
