This story ties into the thread about fall protection, I guess. Although it isn't known exactly how this man fell, it does illustrate a hazard many of us see.

I'm running a job several blocks away and Centerline is also working there. My understanding is that the death was smoking related. It seems that the foreman liked his smokes.. It seems he found a hidding spot to smoke on the job. I understand it's a Whiting Turner Construction Job.
