I have a 1130cfm fan coil unit and a humidifier next to each other. Fan coil unit takes probably no more then 600 watts, humidifier is a 1 amp. All my units are 120v. Can i put them on a same breaker or i need to run 2 separate lines? Do i need to put them on Arc-Fault protection if they hidden in the closet behind a door?

Unless the manufacturer instructions state other wise, 210.23 would allow them on one circuit.
Your profile indicates 2014 Code which seemingly includes closets as areas where AFCI is required.
