Fan disconnect location

I want to install a disconnect for an existing small 3 phase (less than 2 hp) blower that only has a wall switch controlling the motor starter. The easiest place is directly over a door. Is this OK? Second easiest is about 6 feet or a little more off floor, directly above a panel. Is there a height limitation?

Article 430.107 states that the disconnect must be readily accessible. I would think the height may be a subjective call by an ahj but I suspect they may use the 6'7" rule as a guide.
