I recently got my NJ Electrical Contractors License and was wondering if anyone knew how to get one of those fancy diploma looking licenses so I can hang it in my office. I have the small paper one with detachable wallet card but would like to have a nice framed one like I used to see in my old boss' office.

The used to send you a nice license that resembles a college diploma (suitable for framing) with your name, license number, date and sealed by the State. The same is true for the business permit although the paper is a different color. I would give the DCA a call if you don't receive one.

Print your own. You can probably find a template on the net somewhere, or buy something appropriate at the office supply store.

It's not like you are forging credentials or something.
