Farm fuel tanks and Article 514

I’m looking at someone’s personal farm where he wants to move his above ground diesel and gasoline fuel tanks with electric pumps.
Does article 514 apply to this situation?
I’m not sure if I’m reading too much into this, as I’m so use to seeing these setups either plug cords or UF wire ran to these things.

For us, it applies. I do not connect fuel pumps on farms unless it’s done correctly. I have provided GFCI receptacles outside of the classified area. What they plug into it is not my concern.
Keeping the diesel tank and its wiring out the classified area can reduce reduce the costs somewhat.
