Is there A quick guide for wiring a farm gas pump 500 gallon with pump on top. Showing disconnectds seal-offs, distances. Is E-stop required, ect.

We use Figure 514.3(B) in the 2014 NFPA 70.
We don't put E-Stops in the circuit. We do use Switched Neutral breakers and seal offs as required per 501.15.
Most of the Farm type fuel pumps I have worked with will not require a seal at the dispenser itself. That is a junction box with the adjacent switch enclosed in a factory sealed chamber. You will need one at the boundary as your raceway leaves the classified area.

If this pump is for Diesel fuel, the rules change entirely.
