Fault Current coordination

Hello, this is my first time on this forum so forgive me if I make any mistakes.

I need to determine if end of line equipment is properly rated for the upstream faul level. eg 25kAic with a 100kA branch circuit breaker and a 5kA donestream motor control panel (VFD with bypass). Is the downstream motor control panel required to have 25kA rating or does the circuit breaker take care of that requirement?

If the motor control panel stated 100kA with 100kA branch fuse protection on its label, does a 100kA circuit breaker meet that requirement?
