Favorite Custom Transformer manuf'r

I have a government project that I've been tasked with to research some parts that are difficult to find. Not the least of which is a custom 4160 : 480 V transformer. 100kVA. Light as a feather and tougher than nails.

Any suggestions where to look? There are a ton more spec's that rule-out most over-the-counter versions. Stainless steel, totally encapsulated. . .that sort of thing.
