I have only used it once also, but I do know a contractor that still has a half a roll.

I have used it a lot about 15 years ago and it is a real pita to install and fixx when high volume secratarys roll over the same spot on the carpet and it shorts out and blows a hole through the top plates and carpet. There are special tools you need to crimp the sections together also like a big rivet tool. Most problems with it are usually from the original install being wrong. I used to have to borrow the tool from another customer of mine as it was the only one I knew existed.

I think there is a certain amount of irony that this stuff in standard in all new Radio Shack stores, and they furnish it as part of the contract.
