im a new master, and i just wanted to say that im so glad that i have an army of pros to talk to..... im new at bidding/estimating, im by myself and im very fearful of making mistakes..... my old master left the company and now wont even talk to me... ive since gone thru several employees, (jees its hard to find help) and i just didnt realize how different the master game is to the journeyman game.... any pointers (in general) from masters i would take as a great further education. im going to purchase an estimating coarse, as well as estimating software, i just want to be the best at what i do.....
