What happened to the super conductors you were working on. Seems this would be a better method?
Huh? You mean "wireless electricity"? I think Tesla took that secret to his grave.

if i run two sets of 300 kcmil copper for the 600A 3ph, would that comply? Or do i need to reduce ampacity because of more then three conductors in the raceway?

It could, depending on the calculated load.

Or do i need to reduce ampacity because of more then three conductors in the raceway?

Yes, 80%

Two sets of 90C 300 CU in a single raceway will have a capacity of only 512 amps.

240.4(B) will allow this to be used with a 600 amp breaker, but the calculated load is limited to less then 512 amps.

90C 300 CU has a ampacity of 320 amps.

320 * 2 *.8 = 512

I'm unsure if any configuration using copper conductors would be the cheapest installation method.

What is the most economical way to feed 600A 3PH service?
