feed for hot tub

Can 6/3 romex be used as feed to a hot tub? The disconnect switch is
located between 5 and ten feet from the tub. The romex goes in the
crawl space of the building then into PVC conduit outside the building
and then to a w/p disconnect more than five feet from the tub and then
PVC conduit to,the tub. There is a fifty amp GFCI breaker protecting this
tub. This is a one family dwelling.
 
More information is needed.

  • Indoors or outdoors?
  • In a dwelling unit, or other occupancy?
  • Is the 6/3 supplying a hot-tub panel, or just a disconnect and then the hot-tub itself?

Please be as detailed as possible.
 
if it is installed in the interior of one family dwellings , or in the interior of accessory buildings associated with dwelling, any wiring methods in chapter 3 are accepted, if its not in the interior then you must have an insulated EGC which you do not have in romex
