I ran 1/0 copper out to a garage. Load calculation for the garage is 137 amps. There is a brand new GE 200 amp main panel on house and GE 150 in garage. GE doesn't make a 150 amp breaker, I just learned this. I just heard about feed thru breakers but haven't seen one. In searching the forum I found this 11 year old thread.

I was thinking a split main lug kit, but that would put a lot of amps on the main? The house load is 68 amps as of now using the existing home method and the home owner wants to add a hot tub in the future and some 20A outdoor outlets. The garage does have ac and heat that wont be on together so I could omit one and be good with a 125 amp protection?
Can anyone give advice or talk about the feed thru breaker or other thoughts. Thanks
