I just recently took my exam and one of my questions was what is the total load on 40 unit adding electric dryers each6000 watt 240v I used table 220.54 and could not match the anwser of 300,275,200,150 unless i was totaly doing it wrong I narrowed it to 300 or 275 I can't even remember witch one I picked I had one miniute left can some one show me how to do this calculation.

I come up with 265.

35%-.5%for 17 dryers.=35-8.5=26.5%
6000/240=25

25~40=1000
1000~26.5%=265
