Feeder feeding building disconnect

Feeder feeding Disconnect A in separate new building A does not fall under exception of NEC 2014 section 250.32(B). Can the disconnect A be regular fused safety switch or does it have to be service rated?

It says: shall be comprised of a circuit breaker, molded case switch, general-use switch, snap switch, or other approved means. Where applied in accordance with 250.32(B), Exception No. 1, the disconnecting means shall be suitable for use as service equipment.

Does not mention fused safety switch?
